- Going to concerts (which, sadly, I haven’t done in a while.)
- Bitch magazine
- The color green.
- Cuddling and/or kissing.
- Hearing “I love you” and knowing the person who says it means it.

Thirteen Things About lisabean!
- I’m still getting over my cold from a week ago.
- I’m thinking about letting my hair grow out – it’s been short for over 3 years now.
- One of my closest friends is getting married this weekend, and she will then “officially” be a part of my family.
- I’ve been eating a lot of rotisserie chicken lately. So much so that it would be beneficial for me to buy my own little rotisserie.
- I’m off work tomorrow for the Easter holiday. Huzzah!
- My family isn’t doing anything for Easter. I have an entirely free day on Sunday.
- I need some new music to listen to. Recommendations?
- I recently watched The Matrix and The Matrix: Reloaded for the first time. I must say, I enjoyed them immensely.
- I broke my glasses a few weeks ago but was able to repair them with super glue. I’m such a nerd.
- I would really like to take a vacation. SOON.
- I’m currently reading The Introvert Advantage: How to Thrive in an Extrovert World.
- My apartment is ever-so-slowly getting packed up in anticipation of moving this summer.
- I think it’s entirely too soon for this movie to be coming out.

Thirteen Things That Make lisabean Smile
- Walking in the rain. Seriously. (Unless I’m going to work – then it’s notsogreat.)
- When my cat crawls under the covers and naps with me.
- Someone telling me that I did a great job at work.
- Finding a great new dryer sheet smell.
- Watching my best friend’s daughter grow up. She’s a beautiful little girl.
- Hanging out with my friends – whether it’s at the Goose or watching a movie or going out for dinner.
- Getting letters in the mail. I’m not talking bills, but an actual handwritten letter or postcard.
- Springtime. I love everything that comes with the season – the thunderstorms, blooming flowers, the trees turning green, the warm (but not yet hot) weather…
- A quality piece of organic dark chocolate, such as Green & Black’s or Bissinger’s.
- A joke that’s so funny or absurd that it makes me laugh so hard it hurts.
- Getting my hair cut and colored.
- Memories of years gone by and dreaming about what the years ahead hold in store.
- Buying a new pair of sneakers – my next purchase will be green Chuck Taylors.

Thirteen Things about lisabean
“Conceal a flaw, and the world will imagine the worst.”

- I am impatient. When I really want something, I’d really just like to have it right now.
- I am stubborn (go Aries!).
- I sometimes lie about inconsequential things.
- My sense of time is skewed (meaning that three months can seem like an eternity or a mere moment, depending on what event is three months away).
- I am occassionally short-tempered.
- I drink – sometimes too much.
- I hold on to grudges for longer than is healthy.
- I am sarcastic. (Some may not see this as a flaw, but a niche brand of “humor” – it’s a double-edged sword.)
- I’m prone to passive-aggressive behavior.
- I’m detail-oriented – it’s difficult for me to see the “big picture” unless someone else points it out.
- If an argument is imminent, I tend to “rehearse” it beforehand. This usually turns out to be a complete waste of time, because the other person never says what I expect them to say.
- I drive too fast.
- I spend way too much time in my head.
While I strive not to be (or do) all of these things all of the time, I am only human. We are all, by nature, flawed.
